SECURE - the risk of off-spec packaged products re-entering the marketplace or otherwise coming into contact with an end user is a very real, serious and potentially disastrous risk which can be eliminated with the introduction of a Sibus Sepra® System. RECLAMATION - the benefit of rapid and efficient reclamation can be easily qualified and quantified. The Sibus Sepra® provides a rapid payback and either totally eliminates or significantly reduces the ever increasing cost of landfilling - if this primitive, insecure option will indeed continue to be an option, even at ever increasing cost. So instead of being faced with no alternatives to landfilling or relying on an insecure external contractor your Sepra® recovered products can either be reintroduced into the manufacturing stream or sold as animal or petfood, unidentified as your product and generating a useful income stream.
ALL TYPES OF PACKAGING - equally, the clean, separated packaging generally can also be recycled, thus also providing a financially rewarding disposal solution. We have clients who earn income from recycling metals, plastics, cardboard etc with some using their calorific rich packaging as a fuel source to generate either steam or electricity. Indeed many also dry their calorific rich wet separated product in the equally innovative and rapid Sibus RAS Drying System for use as a fuel in a "waste to energy" plant.
